The sounder bases MAD-472 and MAD-473 have been designed to be used in a Detnov’s addressable system
and it is a basic element of acoustic signalling within a fire protection system.
These devices have been thought especially for those installations that require a detector and a sounder in
the same area this also achieve a significant reduction in the installation time. The sounder base connected
to the loop allows to manage a broad range of fire situations, creating an actuation pattern depending on the
installation needs.
Its discreet design makes the sounder base perfectly integrable with any addressable detector, keeping the
elegant features characteristic of our brand, achieving a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.
The assignation of an address to the sounder base is done by means of the programmer PGD-200 and it takes
one address in the loop. Using this tool avoids duplicity errors, so that the addressing process is done in an
automatic way.
